When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

1.1 All Flowers Xpress Products listed within The Collection (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland but in respect of orders for outside the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland the selection may be limited.

Some products are available for delivery in London only.

If you unsure please contact our Customer Services if you require further information before submitting an order. 

1.2 Flowers Xpress Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life, for that reason they may not look as per the picture.

Some Products may be harmful or poisonous - please contact our Customer Services if you require further information before submitting an order. 

1.3 All Flowers Xpress Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. 

1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply the Flowers Xpress Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. 

1.5 Delivery Schedule / Prices /Terms 

  • Orders received before 2pm Monday to Saturday for delivery throughout London UK time for UK delivery will be delivered on the same day if required. 
  • Order received by 3pm can be delivered on the same day to postcodes NW2, NW6 and NW10.
  • Orders received after this time are generally delivered the following day.
  • Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above).
  • Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK. 

1.6 All online orders are Anytime Delivery only 8am- 7pm (delivery will take place anytime between these hours)

1.7 All workplace orders will be automatically delivered by 5pm 

1.8 If customers request a particular time or by a certain time delivery we will try and fulfil their requirement if possible, we cannot guarantee this.  

1.9 We offer the following delivery services in store or over the phone only, all deliveries are chargeable, for the extra preferences there will be a extra charges. 

  • a. Anytime delivery – 8am to 7pm (delivery will take place anytime between these hours) charge – Area charge only 
  • b. AM delivery – 8am to 1pm (delivery will take place anytime between these hours) charge – Area charge plus £1.99
  • c. PM delivery – 1pm to 7pm (delivery will take place anytime between these hours)charge – Area charge plus £1.99
  • d. Express delivery – (within 3 hours of placing the order) – selected area’s only charge – Area charge plus £9.99
  • e. Sunday Delivery - Anytime delivery – 8am to 7pm (delivery will take place anytime between these hours) order will have to placed latest by 4pm on Saturday. charge – Area charge plus £9.99

1.10 Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the flowers are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that flowers have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.

If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery, A delivery note is left informing them that flowers have been left with a neighbour followed by the details.

If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Flowers Xpress earliest convenience.

Flowers Xpress are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers if left.

2. PRICES 

2.1 Prices listed within the Flowers Xpress website are valid for at least 14 days. 

2.2 Prices include VAT for deliveries within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands and Funeral Flowers Specialist Delivery. For those deliveries outside the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands, prices include VAT. 

2.3 All payments will be taken by Lucktria Ltd 

3. ORDERS / PAYMENT

3.1 As soon as we receive your submitted order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed. 

3.2 Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years. 

3.3 You may track your order via the website by entering your invoice number which will be e-mailed to you.

3.4 We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.

We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.

Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

4. CANCELLATION 

4.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 4 days before the intended delivery date for UK, prior to the intended delivery date. 

4.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact the Customer Service Department from 9am until 6pm Monday to Saturday using the contact details 0208459 2828

4.3 REFUND POLICY 

Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation of any order within 1 day from order date we will issue a credit note only, to the full value (valid for 30 days) 

Cancellation of any order after 2 days, a fee of 10% will be deducted from the full value; the balance will be in the form of a credit note only. (Valid for 30 days). 

4.4 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances 

WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS 

5. FLOWERS XPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICES 

5.1 In the event that you are not satisfied with the Flowers Xpress Service any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to: admin@flowersxpress.co.uk, any complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.

5.2 Our Customer Service Team is available from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. 

6. DISCLAIMER 

6.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Flowers Xpress site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Flowers Xpress site and/or the Flowers Xpress Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Flowers Xpress site and/or the Flowers Xpress Service impossible or impractical. 

6.2 We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Flowers Xpress site and/or the Flowers Xpress Service. This exclusion shall apply in respect of, without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether arising in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise Provided that nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied. 

7. GENERAL

7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Flowers Xpress site and/or the Funeral Flowers Specialist Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Flowers Xpress site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review any changes on accessing the Flowers Xpress Service. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change. 

7.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Flowers Xpress site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or enforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

7.3 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions 

7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
